The Steve Podwojski team of Annapolis Baltimore Realty is a full service realtor & real estate investment company in Anne Arundel county, Maryland. Steve and his team help buyers find homes, sellers sell their homes, as well as purchase properties to rehab, and then either sell or rent.

Steve wanted a custom look, so we went out into the neighborhoods where Steve does business and shot some photos of him with the icons of the area. These photos ultimately were converted into header images for each of the pages on his site.

As important as location is to real estate, rich media is to online marketing. Steve takes full advantage by providing video walk-throughs of his properties. These videos show the before and after of these properties and illustrate the quality of work Steve and his crew are capable of.

Before Steve decided to turn to MRBogdanski.com, he had had shot an intro video in his basement for the home page of his site. One of the first things we did in creating his new site was to re-shoot the same video. The before and the after are side by side below. Notice the change in presentation. We utilized “green screen” technology, better lighting, and a little coaching to significantly improve the result, as well as proper search engine optimization to allow his customers to find him!
